A lot of the work we do is vegetation management, initial site clearing, and planning for the construction phase.
We also do intermediate work, such as the initial rough grade around a poured and started foundation. We do fine grading, which is right before final landscaping, and we do follow-up work for expansions of sites.
Completed homesites require extra help. For example, if you want to put in a pool, or an outdoor cooking area, clear another section of land, or build a shop. We interface with your projects at any stage.

How to Tell if You Need a Technical Excavation
A technical excavation would be something most easily defined as a project below the ground surface that has specific dimensions that have to be attained, whether that’s width, length, or depth.
If you need a technical excavation, that means you’re looking at creating a defined space below the ground level for either construction, repair, or some other type of project.
In a commercial setting, you might need something like a stormwater riser, a new drain field, or stormwater drainage. If you’re a homeowner or someone who’s building a house, you might need footers put in or a basement put in.
A standard land clearing job for us typically involves clearing a lot—sometimes an acre or less—in preparation for home construction. We also take on projects for clients looking to clear land for a new farm or equestrian pasture.
Our standard equipment for conventional clearing includes a large excavator and a bulldozer. We also bring in specialized equipment for more detailed work.
Utilities for us are mainly water lines. Utility companies will often connect things like water lines and power to the road. It can be up to you to connect those services from the road to the house. That’s where we come in. We provide the excavation necessary to provide a pathway for those utilities.
